Ingredients

175 g (about 6 nuggets) Arctic Gardens spinach, cooked and well drained (125 g cooked)

175 ml (3/4 cup) cream cheese

125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise

250 ml/50 g (1 cup) gouda cheese, grated

125 ml (1/2 cup) marbled cheddar cheese, grated

175 ml (3/4 cup) canned artichokes in water, drained and chopped

80 ml/40 g (1/3 cup) water chestnuts, cut into small cubes

5 ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce

1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper, finely diced

A few drops of tabasco

Pepper, to taste

125 ml (1/2 cup) grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the spinach in a microwave-safe dish with a small quantity of water (approx. 2 tbsp.) and heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and squeeze the spinach to remove as much water as possible. Set aside.
  3. In the blender bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, gouda cheese and cheddar. Mix everything well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Mix well using a spatula.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, add the mozzarella cheese on top and place in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Broil for a few minutes if you want to brown. Serve hot with a baguette, nachos and/or crudités. Enjoy!
